We are currently recruiting for a Senior Key Accounts Manager that will have regionally responsibility in Asia for Greater China. The role will report directly to the Head of Sales – APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy to meet changing needs of key customers in the FMCG & Automotive market
  • Working closely with key customer to optimise supply chain visibility and implement new solutions.
  • Develop new trade lane opportunities & develop logistic solutions

Requirements

  • Role base can be flexible or remote but must be able to travel regularly throughout Asia
  • 5+ years’ experience working internationally with a Freight Forwarder
  • 5+ years account management experience dealing with international customers
  • Degree level education is preferred but not required.
  • Must speak English

 

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of €90,000 – €120,000 plus rewarding bonus scheme with added benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director that will have regional responsibility for Singapore and Malaysia, which can based in Singapore or Malaysia. The role will report directly to the Managing Director APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee sales teams throughout Singapore & Malaysia, with 3 direct reports.
  • Setting KPI’s and sales targets and reporting feedback and results to the Managing Director.
  • Will develop sales strategy to meet changing market needs for classic verticals such as Commodities & Electronics
  • 100% responsibility for sales revenue within the cluster.
  • Work closely with senior account managers and Business development managers throughout the cluster

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore or Malaysia and speak English, both written and spoken.
  • 5+ years’ experience working internationally with a Freight Forwarder
  • 10+ years sales management experience in freight forwarding
  • Degree level education is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with classic market verticals & Air + Ocean Freight Forwarding

 

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of $100,000 – €120,000 plus rewarding bonus scheme with added benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager, specialising in Freight Brokerage and Domestic Road Transportation based in Seattle, Washington. The role will be reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations.

 

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage the companies Branch in Portland, Oregon
  • Work with customers to grow new business and maintain existing business
  • Manage team, embedding them into company culture
  • Combine Freight Forwarding customer solutions with Brokerage and Road Transportation products
  • Acting as a key customer account liaison alongside commercial teams, ensuring all needs are met and work to grow account spend
  • Managing the P/L and strategy of the region
  • Manage relationships and formulate agreements with external parties and vendors
  • Work alongside national teams to increase overall business unit revenues
  • Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the branch run effectively

 

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

 

  • Candidate must have some form of Freight Brokerage and/or Domestic Road Transportation experience
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Portland, Oregon region
  • Management experience is preferred, leading either a branch or region
  • 7+ years previous employment within logistics industry
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Must have general knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Must be fluent in English both orally and written

 

The expected salary for this role is between USD$100K – $120K USD with 15% – 25% bonus structure in place.

We are currently recruiting for a Managing Director that will focus on the commercial growth, hunting new leads and management of a small team. The role reports directly to the Regional VP.

The role:

  • Management responsibility for 120 employees, with 5 direct reports
  • Will drive help commercial growth throughout the Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding Business Unit
  • Have full profit & loss responsibility for a budget  in the region of $80-$100MM
  • Developing & implementing regional strategy & KPI’s
  • Work regionally with other directors, contributing to the global targets in a fast-growing market

Requirements:

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to China and speak English
  • Must have minimum 10 years managing experience within a freight forwarding company
  • Must have a background or experience dealing with sizeable profit & loss budget
  • Preferably educated to degree level

 

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of US$130,000 – £150,000 plus rewarding bonus scheme with added benefits.

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a multi-client 150ksqft facility focusing on the retail industry vertical
  • Overseeing the multi-customer site, providing value added services, packaging and fulfilment for key contract logistics customers
  • Managing the P/L and strategy of the facility, reporting up to the regional manager
  • Being comfortable as a floor manager, guiding a team of between 50/75 individuals
  • Hands on leadership, using technology to drive operational processes
  • Responsibility for shaping regional operations strategies both on functional and commercial side

  • Experience managing a P/L is essential
