They are looking for a successful and highly motivated sales person, with effective communication skills combined with a friendly personality and excellent standard of personal presentation. The candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships, selling their products and solutions, and driving profitable business growth.

The company offers industrial and municipal customers Water and Wastewater treatment solutions. They offer a comprehensive set of chemical and equipment solutions and services, helping our customers manage and optimize their water resources and process challenges.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Full responsibility of the sale cycle in a territory, from market development stage through closing the purchase orders
  • Initiate engagement with targeted customers and partners, lead the opportunity development process. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer and partner accounts.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts / territory.
  • Responsible for responding to tenders and submitting proposals.
  • Identifies and develops channel partners – OEM’s, Rep’s, and distributors. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers’ needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer’s needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Gain full understanding of the customer’s challenges, culture, environment, market trends, future technologies, and partners that may affect the customer’s business.
  • Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory (Spain and Portugal). 50-60% of the time.

 

 

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Engineering degree an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of channel sales and end user direct sale experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven experience in a long, complex sales cycle processes and in international sales
  • Extensive knowledge in water and waste water treatment industries
  • Experience in technical product sales to include system sales –a plus
  • Experience in large, globally oriented companies
  • Willingness for extensive travel

As a result of restructuring, we are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer based in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will look to step into a more senior level role within the next 12-24 months.

The individual in the role will be responsible for the design, development and testing of electrical software based on the electrical architecture and the electrical requirements within a project.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: 

  • Development of core and/or application specific electrical requirements for automotive electronics.

The expected salary of this role would be in the region of €80,000 – €90,000 plus addition benefits including company car and pension.
