Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading top-tier Valve equipment manufacturer. The organisation is a major Valve equipment manufacturing companies in the world with a renowned global presence.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Global Product Manager – Isolation Valves. This is a new role within the organisation and the candidate must meet the exacting requirements to be considered for the role.

To be considered for the role you must meeting the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Currently located in Houston or willing to relocate
  • Educated with an Engineering degree discipline. Additional business related degrees are an advantage
  • 8+ years relevant industry experience in the Energy industry, specifically within the Valves sector
  • Strong technical background within Isolation Valves. Specifically Severe Service & Metal Seated Ball Valve products
  • Previous experience in leading a product line or experience working on competitor & market analysis, Voice of Customer initiatives and new product introduction strategies
  • Experience working within a matrixed organisation and possess the skills to lead a team and work effectively in a influencer position

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the global product line activities for Isolation Valve product line serving the Energy & Process markets
  • Develop and establish the product management function within the Valve business unit including processes and best practices
  • Lead market & competitor analysis, Voice of Customer and commercial reviews across the board to develop new strategies and target product offering
  • Work with sales and engineering to embed the product management function into the Valve business unit
  • Develop product strategy and product roadmap plans to successfully launch new products into the market
  • Act as a key stakeholder within the business and work regularly with senior management across multiple business units
  • Reporting into the VP Technology & Marketing.

This is a high visibility role within the organisation and the successful candidate can expect to progress rapidly within the role and be involved in exciting product and company expansion.

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a renowned producer of oils, lubricants, and specialty products.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Northeast corridor between Boston and Baltimore. The role will be reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers to support business plans and objectives
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate
  • Developing annual business plans with customers to increase share of wallet
  • Establish strong relationships throughout all levels of accounts from senior level through Procurement, R&D, Operations etc.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s educated with a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering focus
  • 4-7 years’ related sales and marketing experience
  • Petrochemical or chemical processing sales experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of time as required.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Global Sales Manager – Engineered Valves. This is a new position within the organisation created to pursue new growth for the Valve business unit.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the European Union without visa sponsorship. Based in France or willing to relocate
  • Educated with a 4-year degree discipline. Engineering & Business related degrees preferred
  • 10+ years specific Valve industry experience with product knowledge across Engineered & Severe Service Valve products

  • Manage a team of direct reports located in Asia & Middle East consisting of regional sales and account managers
  • Create and execute industry specific commercial strategy plans to deliver on targeted growth and sales objectives
  • Lead high-level sales activities and strategic accounts for the Valve product portfolio
  • Create new strategies focussing on project pursuit and development of the global distribution network
  • Oversee commercial agreements, tenders and bid negotiations with key customers
  • Reporting to VP/GM Valve Business Segment.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Plant Operations Manager – Valves – based in Tuscany, Italy. This is a senior position within the organisation with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director of the Business Unit.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in Europe without visa sponsorship. Currently located in Tuscany or willing to relocate from within Italy
  • Fluent in English & Italian in speaking, writing & reading
  • Educated with a 4 year degree within Engineering & Mechanical disciplines

  • Provide leadership and expertise to teams focussed on production, assembly & test , planning and procurement activities
  • Lead process improvement and continuous improvement projects to increase production, assembly & test and quality performance
  • Focus closely on planning, procurement and workload for the plant site
  • Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and company mission objectives
  • Manage a large headcount of 60+. Reporting to Business Unit managing Director.
