Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international petrochemical manufacturer. The company is a large player within the industry, producing and supplying customers with a range of quality basic chemicals.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director – Automotive Lubricants, based in the South of England. The role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships and alliances with key clients across UK
  • Restructure national sales strategy to meet annual plan and budget targets
  • Provide ongoing leadership and active support to the sales team
  • Evaluate market conditions, trends and emerging opportunities
  • Proactively seek and identify new opportunities that align with business strategy

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid eligibility to live and work in the EU
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Southern England
  • Must have excellent written and oral English
  • Must be educated to degree level
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ automotive lubricants sales experience

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of £90,000 – £110,000 plus additional benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager – Lubricants, based in Northern France. The role will be reporting directly to Sales Director.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, develop and manage new or existing partnerships to drive business growth
  • Accurately maintain database and report to management with account updates, sales forecasts, etc.
  • Develop and implement local sales plan to meet annual plan and budget targets
  • Monitor market conditions, trends and emerging opportunities
  • Proactively seek and identify new opportunities that align with business strategy

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Northern France
  • Must have excellent written and oral French and English
  • Must be educated to degree level
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ account management experience within Lubricants sector

The expected salary for this role would be in the region of €60,000 – €70,000 plus additional benefits.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Sales Director – South East Asia – Valves & Flow Control – based in Malaysia or Singapore – to lead the regional sales force function for the Valve product line.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently located in Singapore or Malaysia or hold eligibility to work in the region
  • Educated with an Engineering degree discipline or compensatory industry experience
  • 10+ years Valve industry experience with extensive experience within the Oil & Gas and Power markets

  • Additional responsibility as the regional head of the Valve business unit working with other valve divisions to pursue sales and revenue growth
  • Working with senior management on developing commercial and business strategy plans for the Asia Pacific region
  • Manage a team of sales & key account managers across the region
  • Reporting into corporate HQ with a direct report into the Group VP & GM for the Valves & Flow Control business unit.
