Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Vice President – Global Channel Sales – Valves & Flow Control. This is a key position within the business unit and the candidates must meet the exact requirements.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Preferably based in Houston. Other locations in North America can be considered.
  • Educated with a 4-year degree discipline. Engineering & Business related degrees preferred.
  • 10+ years industry experience with specific industry exposure to the Valve & Flow Control market sector
  • Extensive experience within channel partner and distribution sales management on a global scale within the Valve industry
  • Technical and product knowledge ranging across Control Valves, Actuation & On/Off Valve products across various industries
  • Experience in developing and executing global sales strategies with focus on developing channel and distribution partner sales
  • Pro-active and motivated self-starter who can work effectively within a matrixed environment and able to work in a role with direct and indirect influence.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Global responsibility for the performance and management of the channel sales, distribution and channel partner business for the Valves & Flow Control product portfolio
  • Conduct an in-depth global review of the distribution and channel partner sales group to identify areas for growth and development
  • Create robust strategic and commercial business plans for increase the performance of the channel/distribution group globally
  • Work with regional sales leaders to understand and develop industry sector and geo-market specific strategies to increase and enhance performance of the channel partner/distribution network
  • Form a key part of the global sales leadership team in growing the top-line sales for the Valves & Flow Control business unit
  • Reporting to Group SVP Sales.

The organization is seeking to recruit a General Manager / Managing Director – Japan. This is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for leading the organisations in Japan and also to provide strategic and operational support to the organisation across the wider Asia Pacific region.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

*Located or willing and able to relocate to Yokohama or Susono.
*Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similarly related. A Master’s degree would be preferred but not essential.

*Responsible for leading and managing the organisations operations in Japan and providing support to the wider Asia Pacific region.
*Accountable for a P&L of over $5 Million and 35+ employees and will report directly to the corporate HQ to the Board of Directors.
