Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international warehousing automation company. The company is a leading specialist in warehouse automation solutions.
We are currently hiring for an Account Manager, based in Midwest US.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, growing market presence through the retention and development of accounts
- Have territory responsibility for the Midwest
- Identify and contact potential customers to analyse their warehouse automation requirements, in order to present the best solution
- Participate in the development of customer’s warehouse automation solution design, acting as a technical sales consultant, using customer and market knowledge to provide further expertise
- Deliver and present solutions to customers, engaging in project review meetings
- Manage and negotiate customer contracts, including bid processes, terms, payment etc.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years’ sales experience within the warehouse automation industry, particularly with robotics & conveyors solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Strong understanding of warehousing/logistics/intralogistics
