Mackenzie Stuart is currently searching for an Area Operations Manager in Texas. This is with an industry leading organization, working within their team to produce Aggregates, you will have oversight of multiple facilities & a large headcount.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- Oversight of quarrying & mining, both hardrock & sand
- Oversight of production & processing of the aggregates to required specifications
- Ensure quality of the product is maintained
- Create efficiencies through operations improvements & strategies
- Champion a strong safety culture
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years experience working with Aggregate operations
- Experience managing managers, such as Plant Managers, Plant Operations Managers. It is essential that you have experience with a middle management layer
- Strong understanding of Aggregate production
- Preferably will have a related degree
- Record of operations improvements
- Multi-site experience greatly preferred
