Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a rapidly expanding 3PL on the search for experienced hunters (Individual Contributors) skilled in LTL / Cold Chain Consolidation. The company is a tech-enabled 3PL, specializing in refrigerated LTL Consolidation and Cold Chain warehousing for medium to large shippers.
The preferred candidate will have an active book of business in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, or Texas.

- Uncapped commission at market leading rates
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively seek, and onboard new business with new and existing customers, with a focus on LTL consolidation & Cold Chain warehousing
- Coordinate new sales opportunities with a focus on contracted freight and warehousing
- Travel to key customer locations to maintain and develop high-level relationships across the market
- Work closely with customers to identify growth opportunities & address concerns
- Report directly to the VP Sales
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 3-7 years B2B sales experience within Logistics / Freight Brokerage
- Brokerage experience across LTL Consolidation & Cold Chain, targeting medium to large shippers
- Track record of success across sales revenues & profit
- Ability to transfer existing book of business
