Business Development Manager

  • Salary Range €85,000 - €100,000

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading a sales team of 3 FTE’S to develop and bring in new accounts across Europe
  • Engage in initial contact with potential customers, including relevant presentations and market knowledge in the FTL & LTL space
  • Lead and produce regional campaigns in order to boost sales
  • Engage in thorough market research in order to ascertain customer insights, including current and future needs, providing information and recommendations to the sales team
  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and execution of future strategy plans, whilst also overseeing the progress of plans
  • Collaboration with the marketing team in order to develop and strengthen external messaging

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading business and market development
  • Experience in technical sales across FTL & Intermodal
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • Track record of results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of business development/sales in logistics
  • Professional Standard English & German Speaking
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The expected salary for this position is between €85,000-€100,000 per annum.
