Business Development Manager – AMR/AGV

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading Intralogistics company on the search for a Business Development Manager specializing in providing AMR/AGV solutions.

Our client has a great presence across Europe and is open to candidates located anywhere within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge connections with both current and prospective clients.
  • Experiences in providing AMR/AGV solutions
  • Assess the needs of existing and potential customers, transforming them into compelling proposals that drive profitable growth.
  • Engage in contract negotiations with clients, overseeing the entire process from initial inquiry to risk assessment, and culminating in formal quotations
  • Qualifying and analyzing potential accounts for profitability and robust solutions
  • Organizing and following up on customer visits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development/sales in an Intralogistics and Warehouse Automation environment
  • Strong commercial sensitivity and proven track record in both operations and sales
  • Fluent in English and German
  • High level of commitment and willingness to travel.
