Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Work in partnership with and support marketing, regional sales and global development teams in order to target future markets
- Engage in initial contact with potential customers, including relevant presentations and market knowledge in the FTL & LTL space
- Lead and produce regional campaigns in order to boost sales
- Engage in thorough market research in order to ascertain customer insights, including current and future needs, providing information and recommendations to the sales team
- Contribute to the conceptualisation and execution of future strategy plans, whilst also overseeing the progress of plans
- Collaboration with the marketing team in order to develop and strengthen external messaging
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading business and market development
- Experience in technical sales across FTL & Intermodal
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Track record of results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of business development/sales in logistics
- Professional Standard English & German Speaking
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The expected salary for this position is between €85,000-€100,000 per annum.
