Director of Sales – Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with an innovative, globally recognised supplement manufacturer to recruit a high-performing Sales Director. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and building strong customer partnerships across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to align commercial efforts with production and innovation
  • Track sales performance, set ambitious targets, and ensure accountability across the team
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to support long-term growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial experience, ideally within nutraceutical contract manufacturing
  • 8+ years in leadership roles with a track record of developing successful teams
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure key accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, driven, and results-oriented with high personal integrity
