About the Role

We are seeking a finance professional to lead core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership and investors. This role analyzes financial and operational data, supports strategic growth initiatives, and develops dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

You will drive financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, support post-close integration work, and contribute to business evaluations such as new markets, service expansions, and other strategic projects. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams including BI, Accounting, and RCM, and helps guide workflow efficiency within the finance team. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights that influence key decisions are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance/M&A, FP&A, transaction advisory or other highly analytical roles.
  • Experience managing large budgets for multi-site healthcare services.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Tableau, able to handle large datasets.
  • Strong work ethic – willing to push through deadlines when necessary.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer to enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic forms to track records and generate reports or to track financial data and conduct analysis.
  • Occasionally required to travel by various methods including air, rail, or to operate a motor vehicle to attend business meetings.
