Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading manufacturer of Metalworking Fluids and Forming Fluids, seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee their European territory (mostly Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in forming, stamping, and corrosion protection markets.
- Build strong customer relationships and work closely with district sales managers, distributors, and service teams through joint visits.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing, service, and management of sales activity.
- Keep clear communication flowing between customers, internal teams, and headquarters on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Develop relationships at multiple levels to support new business growth and close opportunities.
- Support segment growth through target account selection and relationships with machine tool builders.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all fluids and system products sold and serviced by the company.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in technical sales and/or Industrial sales experience
- Knowledge of Metalworking or Metalworking Fluids
- Requires a associates degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English
