European BDM – Forming Fluids

  • Salary Range €90,000 - €120,000
  • Location Germany (Remote)

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading manufacturer of Metalworking Fluids and Forming Fluids, seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee their European territory (mostly Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in forming, stamping, and corrosion protection markets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and work closely with district sales managers, distributors, and service teams through joint visits.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing, service, and management of sales activity.
  • Keep clear communication flowing between customers, internal teams, and headquarters on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Develop relationships at multiple levels to support new business growth and close opportunities.
  • Support segment growth through target account selection and relationships with machine tool builders.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all fluids and system products sold and serviced by the company.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in technical sales and/or Industrial sales experience
  • Knowledge of Metalworking or Metalworking Fluids
  • Requires a associates degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in German and English
