General Manager – Precast Concrete – Eastern USA

Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking for a General Manager in the Precast Concrete industry based on the East Coast.

Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:

• Full P&L management responsibility over regional business
• Oversight of production, quality, field operations, safety, environmental, sales & marketing
• Implementation of operational improvement strategies, improving efficiency & reliability
• Work with regional leadership to implement & develop business strategy
• Budgeting & forecasting for the region

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

• 7+ years management experience, progressing through positions with increasing responsibility, within the precast or prestressed concrete markets
• Experienced in the preparation of accurate budgets & reports
• Previous P&L responsibilities, either within operations management or as a General Manager
