Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking for General Managers, or aspiring General Managers in the Eastern states of the US, within the concrete industry. Ideally this candidate would have precast concrete experience.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- P&L responsibility for commercial & operations
- Oversee all personnel within the region
- Ensure safe practices and adherence to company policy
- Align regional business goals with overall company strategy & aims
- Maintain & feedback information relating to market conditions
- Hiring & training of staff within the assigned region
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be based in the East of the USA
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years industry experience within a managerial role
- Strong career history of delivering both operational & commercial results
- Must be able to demonstrate a high competency in strategic decision making within a competitive business environment
