Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of cold chain food operations strategically, operationally, and financially across multiple sites.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean processes, to enhance business execution and achieve financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their cold chain food transport and warehouse needs are met.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, compliance, safety, and budgeting while selecting, training, and evaluating associates.
Conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in cold chain logistics, food transport, and warehouse management, with 5+ years in senior management roles.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and change management principles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies, lead teams, and achieve operational targets in the cold chain food industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, WMS, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on driving results in cold chain food operations.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and uncompromising commitment to quality and compliance in the cold chain food industry.
The expected salary for this position is between €80,000 – €100,000 per annum.
