Our client, a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in the Biologics space, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Marketing Director to join their dynamic team. As the Global Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the global marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the company’s brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies to support the overall business objectives of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including sales, business development, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on pharmaceuticals or related industries.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- 2+ years of experience in a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization)
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing global marketing strategies that resulted in business growth and enhanced brand awareness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
