Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international specialty chemicals manufacturer. The company makes speciality chemicals into a number of markets such as Plastics, Coatings and Lubricants.
We are currently recruiting for a Global Sales Director for PVC, based out of Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Define global commercial strategy for PVC market
- Manages global product management strategy
- Retain and progress key customer relationships and develop strategies for global business development
- Adapts demand forecast in line with global supply chain team
- Leads direct reports on a global level with a focus on coaching and driving BU performance
Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in the polymer market (ideally PVC)
- 10+ years experience in leadership roles in the chemicals industry, with some experience in a mid-sized company
- MSc Chemistry + MBA preferred
- Ideally located in Germany
