About the role Mackenzie Stuart is collaborating closely with a global company adhesives company, in the search for a Sales Manager for Structural Adhesives to contribute to the company’s expansion and the establishment of a new business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Play a pivotal role within the commercial team, aligning with business requirements and driving process enhancements
• Manage budgeting, strategic planning, and competitive reporting for designated accounts
• Follow up on leads and referrals and identify potential sales prospects
• Develop commercial proposals and present product offerings and contracts to both current and prospective clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients
• Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and meet their requirements
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, significant developments, and insights acquired through field activities
• Build and sustain robust connections with customers, distributors, and industry collaborators
Requirements:
• Hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or possess equivalent experience and education
• Have a minimum of five years of sales experience and structural adhesives (or closely related)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate effective negotiation abilities
• Exhibit adaptability and a hands-on approach
• Display drive, focus, and determination
• Be willing to travel (Up to 50%)
• Have fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English, French and German is also ideal
