Key Account Manager – Food & Non-Food packaging

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Key accounts as a Key Account Manager, focusing on food & non-food packaging products.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives, emphasizing growth opportunities in the market.
  • Harness the circular economy and sustainability transformation strategy to drive business expansion and promote eco-friendly solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer assessments to pinpoint key sales prospects.
  • Take charge of pricing, product mix, and gross margin plans to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and present budgets and forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide proactive customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with internal sales teams across the UK.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports to the Division’s Sales Director.
  • Demonstrate autonomy while consistently meeting and surpassing Group expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the packaging industry.
  • Degree – BA or equivalent qualification
  • Teamwork abilities, organized, target oriented, good relationship abilities
  • Fluent English , additional languages beneficial
  • Willingness to travel internationally
