Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading, innovative Ingredient Manufacturer who are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the facility’s seamless operation of the company’s production facilities.
This is an on-site position, located in Northwest, United States. Relocation assistance available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: you will be required to oversee the upkeep of specialized machinery and mechanical equipment. You will be required to ensure optimal performance.
- You will develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan.
- Regulatory compliance: maintain all product safety
- Budget and resource management: ensure cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Continuous Improvement: identify inefficiencies in equipment and processes.
- Manage the physical infrastructure of the facilities, collaborating with other departments to support goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years experience.
- You must be skilled with electrical systems and low temperature chilling systems.
- 3-5 years experience in ingredient manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as cGMP.
