We are currently recruiting for an OPEX Manager – Germany
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Analyse the business and operational gaps before implementation of new IT systems
- Evaluate the demand raised by the operational excellence country managers and stakeholders. Steer and channel valid demands to the OET platform on the regional level for consideration and evaluation
- Provide input regarding the creation of an operational KPI framework that evaluates operational efficiency, data quality and customer satisfaction
- Establish a framework to compare performance in the responsible region to share best practices
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Completed business, IT or engineering degree; Minimum 3 year experience as Operational Excellence manager
- Strong analytical skills are must
- Professional use of English, other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
- High degree of accountability, results driven mindset
- Degree level education or higher
The expected salary for this position is between €60,000-75,000 per annum.
