Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a fast-growing CDMO specialising in the development and manufacturing of Biologics using a multitude of expression systems.
They are searching for a Manager of Process Development, based on-site in the Massachusetts area.
The Role:
- Management of Process Development Team – 3 Direct Reports
- Assisting Process Development team with any PD tasks, using chromatographic techniques & instrumental skills at CDMO site
- Assisting with the biological drug substance & product manufacutring
- Collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing & Chemistry departments to ensure harmony across the development and manufacturing process
- Developing direct reports – coaching, training & development
- Writing assigned sections for regulatory filings
Requirements:
- BSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry or related discipline
- 4+ years experience working in a CDMO – essential
- 6+ years experience working in the Life Sciences industry
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Biologics Process Development
