Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking for a Managing Director in France, working with Ready-Mix Concrete.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- Full P&L management responsibility over the business
- Oversight of production, quality, safety, environmental, sales & marketing
- Implementation of operational improvement strategies, improving efficiency & reliability
- Leading the long-term strategy
- Budgeting & forecasting
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 10+ years management experience, progressing through positions with increasing responsibility, within Ready Mix Concrete
- Experienced in the preparation of annual budgets & forecasts
- Experience managing P&L previously, with a smaller region or scope of responsibility
- Experienced in managing large teams spread out across numerous facilities
- It would be an additional benefit if you are already based in France
- English & French fluency
