Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking for an Operations Manager in Texas. This role will be working with a leading organization within the Building Materials industry, with great opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- Oversight of manufacturing facilities producing Ready Mix Concrete
- Oversight of production, quality, field operations, safety, environmental, implementation of operational improvement strategies, improving efficiency & reliability
- Work with regional leaders to shape strategy
- Budgeting & forecasting for the region
- CAPEX management on continuous improvement projects or possible acquisitions
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 6+ years progressive operations management experience
- Experienced in the preparation of annual budgets & forecasts, must be financially adept enough to field questions on spend & savings from the Regional VP or President.
- Experienced at managing operations within a plant or over a multi-plant region
- It would be an additional benefit if you are already based in Texas
