Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading, innovative Ingredient Manufacturer who are seeking a Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes. You will ensure production activities align with the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
This is an on-site position, located in Northwest, United States. Relocation assistance available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: you will manage the daily operations of the production, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet standards for quality and efficiency.
- You will supervise and mentor a team and report directly into the Chief Operating Officer.
- Lead and improve production efficiencies
- You will maintain and enforce a GMP compliant and FDA regulated work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve product quality and reduce production costs
- Resource Management: coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 10+ years experience in a production management role within the Nutraceutical or Ingredients field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality and regulatory compliance.
