Project Manager - Building Materials

Plan all aspects of the construction materials lifecycle, from start to finish
Obtains all applicable rules and permissions
Orders supplies, tools, and equipment as needed
Ensures that projects adhere to agreed-upon plans
Directs and supervises the work of a construction manager
Communicates with clients and provides project status reports
Creates and follows a budget, timetable, and quality control strategy
Creates and submits testing and inspection records, as well as quality assurance reports and punch lists
Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes, laws, and safety standards are met
