Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking for a Regional Managing Director of the Cement BU in Germany. This role will be working with a leading organization within the Building Materials industry, with great opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- Full P&L management responsibility over regional business
- Oversight of operations, safety, environmental, sales & marketing
- Implementation of operational improvement strategies, improving efficiency & reliability
- Work with the company leadership to develop long term strategy
- Budgeting & forecasting for the region
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 10+ years management experience, progressing through positions with increasing responsibility, within aggregates or cement
- Experienced in the preparation of annual budgets & forecasts, must be financially adept enough to field questions on these from the company leadership
- Experience managing P&L previously, with a smaller region or scope of responsibility
- Experienced in managing large teams spread out across numerous facilities
- It would be an additional benefit if you are already based in Germany
