Regional Sales Manager – Food Packaging

  • Salary Range €50,000 - €75,000 (+ 20% Bonus)
  • Location Central Eastern Europe (Remote)

Job Summary: Lead Business Growth in East Europe’s Food Market through profitable sales. This full-time position involves a mobile office with frequent travel.


  • Develop and execute Divisional Sales Strategy to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for standard and custom products/services aligned with customer needs.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to uncover sales prospects.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and set individual sales targets.
  • Directly manage the food market segment in East Europe.

Network & Collaboration:

  • Report to Divisional Market Leader (Food).
  • Build relationships with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Plant Planning, Production Managers, and other BU departments.
  • Collaborate with local Technical Office and Group Design and Innovation Centers.
  • Foster strong commercial relationships and explore new business opportunities within the Division and Group Sales community.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Business degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Expertise in devising and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficient in relevant product and industry knowledge, particularly in food closures and IML business.
  • Strong technical sales skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management and relevant software applications.
