We are currently partnered with a fast-growing manufacturer of building envelope drainage and ventilation systems, looking to build out their distributor network among the Western States (CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, UT, NV, AZ, CO, NM). We are looking for someone from a manufacturing background with experience in the Building Materials B2B space, preferably within the roofing or building envelope space.
You will be taking over existing business in the territory and will be tasked to build out your own book of business also helping the (10/99) manufacturing reps the company utilizes. The main KPI is bringing on new distributor locations throughout the Western U.S., via pull through sales, so existing contacts with either distributors or contractors is desired.
This is a travel heavy role, focused on flight travel, with expectations being around 75% as this is a largely untapped market for the expanding manufacturer. Looking to establish themselves in this territory, history of strong relationship-building with clients is greatly valued for this position.
