Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Automation & WMS solutions across multiple sites in Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Logistics) for seamless integration.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to end-users during the rollout phase.
Experience:
- 12+ years of solution implementation experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Previous experience with large-scale Automation projects is crucial.
- Proven success in managing complex integration projects.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with travel to sites across Europe
- Professional English language proficiency is a must.
The expected salary for this position is between €120,000 – €150,000 per annum
