Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnerships with top companies in the Warehouse Automation and Intralogistics sector. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager role in Atlanta.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and develop candidates of sufficient quality to help achieve sales and growth targets.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and align sales targets and business goals.
- Leadership and management of sales staff and partners.
- Management of customers and their needs through skilled negotiation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members through quality supervision.
- Facilitate and conduct customer meetings.
- Identify internal and external customer needs and develop new solutions to overcome challenges.
- Establish and nurture relationships and warehouse automation and intralogistics companies.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a managing role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse automation and intralogistics
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Problem solver with the ability to think laterally
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Open to travel
- Provide market and competitor intelligence
- Committed to achieving goals through positivity and enthusiasm
- Ability to meet high demands with deadlines on the horizon
- Have the knowledge to explain any aspects within the intralogistics precinct
- Top level negotiation skills
The expected salary for this role would be USD $110K – $120K, with other performance-related benefits available including bonus and equity.
