Sales Agent – Germany (Building Materials)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Agent to join a market leading company in within the German market. As a Sales Agent in the building materials industry, specifically focusing on:

Decorative stone (plaster, cement): Stegu, Incana, Stone Master, Star Stone, Stone
Deco Style
o Natural Stone: Piatra Online Romania, Mr. Stone
o Natural Bricks: Nelissen, Engels, Vandersanden, Terca,
o 3D Wall Panels: Walled, Ideolis, etc
o 3D Panels

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the sales processes.

The company sells today in majority 98% through DIY chains, on a global level, in countries like Romania,
France, USA, Canada, South Africa, etc. They have recently started selling our products in Romania through traditional trade as well.

We are looking for commission agents in the above-mentioned countries with various
responsibilities including sales through DIY and professionals / traditional trade channels,
marketing evaluations, B2B and B2C lead generation, cold calling, creating proposals,
participating in sales negotiations, and closing and account management.

• The agent should be well placed to identify and exploit opportunities.

• The agent should already have solid relationships with key potential buyers.

The objective is to develop new markets, implementing our growth strategy that involves selling their
existing products to a new group of customers in order to:

• Increase profitability
• Reduce cost
• Mitigate risk
• Develop more business opportunities
