Sales Director – Nutraceuticals

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a market-leading dietary supplement CDMO who are looking for a German Sales Director to join their growing team. As the Sales Director, you will drive growth across the German market and you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence among brand owners and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany to drive new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Identify and close new opportunities
• Partner with internal teams such as R&D, operations, regulatory and customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy
• Represent the company at trade shows and other industry specific events.

Requirements:

• This individual will need a deep understanding of the German nutraceutical contract manufacturing market and will need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
• 5+ years in dietary supplement contract manufacturing
• Prove track record of developing new business
• Fluent in German and English
