Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international intralogistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation and intralogistics solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director specialized in Warehouse Automation, based in Netherlands.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with the vision of increasing revenue growth and market share
- Effectively lead, manage and develop a sales team of varying levels of experience
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Using data, analyse customer needs in order to create new sales channels
- Responsible for the full sales cycle, such as negotiations, win proposal, and creating value for clients
- Stay updated on the warehouse automation market, trends and developments, using the knowledge to tailor solutions and identify gaps.
- Having a complete understanding of the product range that is being sold
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years’ industry experience in intralogistics automation
- Experience leading technical sales projects, particularly growing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication skills, and a strong business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Commercial Activities required
