Working with a number of key clients across the Pulp, Paper & Tissue sector, both manufacturers and distributors to source experienced professionals in a number of disciplines.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director, France – Paper, remoted based in France.
The role entails reporting to the Global Sales Director and involves various responsibilities:
- Formulating the regional commercial strategy in line with Group objectives, regional activities, and defined Region goals.
- Proposing and negotiating budgets and annual commercial targets
- Managing key customers directly.
- Collaborating with sellers to establish commercial targets and overseeing actions within the regional competitive landscape.
- Monitoring and reporting monthly commercial results to Regional General Management (PMK, Margin, Turnover, Contribution, Volume).
- Coordinating with other SKF, DGC, and DVGE regions.
- Facilitating business meetings.
- Engaging in annual budget processes, presenting current year results, and setting objectives for the upcoming year.
- Ensuring price, margin, and contribution levels for each client.
- Securing profitability for all products sold (margin or contribution).
Additionally, you will oversee a team of 5 salespeople, and customer service (7 people). Your role as a member of the Management Committee involves contributing to the establishment’s vision and goals, promoting shared values in management, and ensuring their implementation.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- You hold a specialized Bachelors degree and possess substantial experience in a commercial role, including team management, preferably in a dynamic industrial setting.
- You’re acknowledged for your quick response and boldness.
- You thrive on unconventional marketing approaches, prioritize customer needs, and excel in prospecting new clients. Your expertise encompasses negotiation and commercial strategy.
