Role Overview
I am currently partnered with a growing Food Ingredients company, who are looking to bring on a motivated Sales Associate to support commercial growth of our natural sweetener portfolio, with a focus on monk fruit and stevia ingredients. This role will drive new business development across the Midwest Region.
Location: Midwest United States (remote with regional travel)
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with food & beverage manufacturers
- Support senior sales team in managing key accounts and distributor relationships
- Promote monk fruit and stevia solutions, positioning clean-label and sugar reduction benefits
- Coordinate technical trials and collaborate with R&D on customer formulations
- Track pipeline activity, pricing, and market trends within the sweetener category
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, food ingredients, or CPG
- Strong experience in Monk Fruit Sweeteners and Stevia Sweeteners.
- Ability to travel within the Midwest (~30–50%)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field preferred
