Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with a top 10 3PL company. The company is a leading specialist in global Freight Forwarding solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager role, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain continual updates in Salesforce
- Drive business expansion by acquiring new customers
- Ensure retention and growth of current accounts
- Introduce and establish new business ventures
- Oversee designated Key Accounts (KAM)
- Develop a targeted sales list and construct a robust sales pipeline
- Enhance profitability within the assigned portfolio
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading business and market development
- Experience in Air & Ocean solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Track record of results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of business development/sales in logistics
- Thorough knowledge of the product line within the relevant areas
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must speak French and be willing to travel
