- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets for building materials and flooring products.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, builders, architects, and retailers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to forecast sales, identify opportunities, and address challenges proactively.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline, and revenue projections, to keep senior management informed.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and geographic areas for growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials and flooring industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials and flooring products.
- Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed business decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
