Mackenzie Stuart is working with a Cement manufacturer who is interested in hiring a Sales Manager in the West of the US.
We are currently looking to fill a Sales Manager position based out of AZ, NV or CA.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of sales team, pushing to further develop & grow revenue in a competitive market environment
- Responsible for resource allocation & customer portfolio management to ensure maximum margin per unit sold
- Collaborate with logistics & production to ensure adequate supply & delivery of product
- Ensure strong customer service from Sales team, pushing a customer centric sales culture
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Must have 5+ years sales experience in Cement
- Must have a demonstrable record of volume, revenue or margin improvements which improve P&L for the organization
- Must have experience in pricing & margin management, or a strong understanding of the function & how that would work
