Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a Global 3PL on the search for a Sales Manager – Road Freight to lead the company’s promotion of FTL and Heavy and special Transports across Europe The company is a third-party logistics provider, specializing Road Freight (FTL/LTL).
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and promote the company’s services, emphasizing international full truck loads and heavy/special transports
- Build long-term, trusted customer relationships through a proactive and comprehensive strategy
- Develop and manage client portfolio
- Monitor individual activities with periodic reviews and key performance indicators
- Achieve business objectives and profit margin
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments
- Prepare sales analysis reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum three years of experience in Logistics and Transport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation abilities
- Flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Drive, focus, and determination
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory); additional foreign language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel
