Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a leading building materials company who are looking for an accomplished sales person to take up a sales management position within North Carolina.
Responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to:
- Management responsibility for sales representatives operating within your region
- Manage some key projects or key accounts which are a priority for the organization
- Provide accurate forecasts to ensure production & logistics teams are aware of requirements
- Secure business within both the commercial & infrastructure markets
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years sales experience within the Ready Mix Concrete market
- Previous management experience would be a benefit
- Strong hunting skills for new business development & securing new accounts
- Demonstrable record of revenue growth & market share capture
- Strong pricing & negotiation skills for the negotiation of larger contracts
