Sales Manager – Road & Short Haul Transportation – Germany
Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a rapidly expanding third-party logistics company who are actively seeking a Sales Manager, specialising in Road Transportation.

Role:
- Individual Contributor tasked with on-boarding, developing & retaining business customers, while executing all parts of the sales procedure.
- Identifying opportunities and securing business to develop the Road Transportation market
- Maximise growth in sales through ‘hunting’ activities using developed techniques and strategies to achieve specific growth targets
- Negotiating rates with customers and carriers depending on the market
- Collect relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepare documents efficiently
- Manage multiple demands and competing priorities to ensure account goals are achieved
- Building customer rapport by being informed on customer’s business
- Leading negotiations and interactions with customers
- Operate in a fast-paced high intensity environment
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years Domestic Road & Ocean Transportation Sales (OTR, LTL, FTL, Short Haul)
- Experience as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of success
- First-rate communication and presentation skills
- Hunter mentality
- Cradle-to-grave sales experience
- Comfortable working remotely
- Understanding of CRM system
The expected salary for this role would be €90K, with a great perforamnce based bonus structure alongside.
