Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Animal Nutrition Ingredients industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager US to develop relations and drive sales in the North American market.
Responsibilities –
- Focus on building and nurturing relationships with regional and national feed companies across North America.
- Uncover and understand individual customer needs and align products and services to meet those needs effectively.
- Prospect, qualify, and manage new sales leads to expand business opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management and Technical Services to create effective account management strategies and address customer needs.
- Relay market trends and customer feedback to internal teams to drive product development and technical adjustments.
- Focus on increasing revenue, market adoption, and capturing market share while ensuring sales numbers and profit goals are met.
Requirements –
- Expectations to travel 50-60% of the time
- Must have a clean full driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years of adequate knowledge in animal nutrition.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager and Technical sales manager.
- Experience in implementation of business development strategy
- Ability to solve problems and build strong relationships with key customer bases.
- Effective presentation and sales skills
