Sales Manager – Warehouse Automation

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international intralogistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation and intralogistics solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager specialized in Warehouse Automation, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify new clients, and understand their challenges to tailor solutions to their needs in order to create and execute sales actions
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a view of client retention
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle, such as negotiations, win proposal, and creating value for clients
  • Stay updated on the warehouse automation market, trends and developments, using the knowledge to tailor solutions and identify gaps.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering and customers

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanics, IT, commercial activities or related industries
  • 5+ years’ sales experience within warehousing, logistics or intralogistics
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites
  • Proven track record of delivering large, multimillion-euro sales
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English
