Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a market leading 3PL on the search for experienced Sales Executives, specializing in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Brokerage
Location: USA
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively seek, and onboard new business with new, and existing, customers focusing on LTL transportation
- Cross-sell LTL service to existing brokerage customers
- Identify high-volume, large-scale LTL opportunities, build relationships with customers, and close key accounts
- Manage multiple demands and competing priorities to ensure account goals are achieved
- Collaborate with the LTL Pricing Team to develop customized and competitive proposals
- Building customer rapport through regular visits/calls
- Leading negotiations and interactions with customers
- Operate in a fast-paced high intensity environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- 6+ years Sales experience across LTL Transportation
- Previous Brokerage experience preferred
- Track record of success in building a BoB
- Ability to travel up to 25% required
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
The expected salary for this role would be USD $80K – $110K alongside commission & benefits.
