Technical Sales Manager – Texas or Ohio – MWF & Surface Pretreatment Chemicals

  • Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000
  • Location Texas or Ohio, USA

We are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Metalworking Fluids and the Surface Pretreatment Chemical sector, seeking a Sales Manager for their growing business in both Texas & Ohio. You will be an individual contributor responsible for establishing new business and expanding market presence. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, and vast technical knowledge in both MWF & Surface Pretreatment Chemicals (the latter being the priority), and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business while growing accounts.
  • Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets.
  • Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations.
  • Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations.
  • Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style.
  • Knowledge of the market and ability to conduct competitive analysis.
