Mackenzie Stuart is assisting an established global fluid control manufacturer that specializes in providing engineered Flow Control Technologies to critical & severe service accounts in Texas US across specifically the Chemicals and Oil & Gas industries.

Job Objectives:
- Foster and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, while meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets to achieve business growth
- Identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers in the Chemicals industry, leveraging current market research to identify value drivers, and provide timely and accurate updates to management
- Plan and execute sales and marketing events, campaigns, and strategies to drive business growth and sales
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver high-performance sales and business development
- Implement Business Growth and Selling Solutions for segment customers, prioritizing account plans to position the organization for exceeding profitability and growth targets
- Retain and develop new OEM networks in Houston, maintain frequent contact with distribution partners, and manage quarterly growth incentive plans to surpass regional objectives
- Maintain accurate and relevant account information and contact data using data software
- Adapt core product line knowledge to implement business development fundamentals and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is required
- The ideal candidate should have experience or strong knowledge of Fluid Control Automation Components, such as valves, fluid sensors, components, pumps, fittings, measurement instrumentation, or pressure control
- Experience or knowledge of the Severe and Critical Service Chemicals and Oil & Gas market is desirable, such as Refining, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical, Specialty and Chemical Processing, and Pipeline Transportation
- A solid background and achievements in managing cross-channels across end-users, OEMs, or EPCs is strongly preferred
- Must have a strong work ethic, tenacity, autonomous mentality, and the ability to manage territory with tenacity and efficiency
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willing to travel extensively across Houston, Texas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at current and prospective clients
- A minimum of three years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of supporting sales cycles and technical troubleshooting
Compensation and Job Prospects:
- The compensation package includes a base salary of approximately $130k-$140k with a 25% bonus OTE, depending on the candidate’s experience, plus a sales/travel support package
