We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director located in Italy:
Responsibilities:
- Profound in navigating complex competitive environments and understanding the industry’s nuances.
- Design, share, and execute a regional sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas.
- Collaborate alongside the teams responsible for product, operations, marketing, and finance to eliminate obstacles, construct product roadmaps, and identify prospects for expanding our clientele.
- Having the strategic understanding of client needs through cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify the most suitable and competitive specifications/solutions for customer issues and offer specialised knowledge to support the sales teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ leadership and sales experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in the water treatment industry.
- Extensive technical and market knowledge of filtration and cartilages.
- Bachelors degree in chemical engineering.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
