Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading Global Water Treatment company. The company serves several markets such as Pulp and Paper, Water, Wastewater, Irrigation and Energy specialising in pumps.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director located within the USA/ Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Profound in navigating complex competitive environments while driving and managing the sales and business development in the territory.
  • Ensuring that the company achieves its sales and growth goals with the defined customer base.
  • Identify target projects in the preferred industries of pulp and paper, sugar and starch, water, and wastewater applications.
  • Design, share, and execute a sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas.
  • Market observation and analysis, taking necessary measures, construct product roadmaps, and identify prospects for expanding clientele.
  • Identify the most suitable and competitive specifications/solutions for customer issues and offer specialised knowledge to support the sales teams.
  • Establishing and sustaining strong customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ of professional experience with pumps, across various industries, ideally pulp and paper, sugar and starch, water and wastewater applications.
  • Extensive experience of leadership experience and success, whilst having a strong hunter mentality.
  • Proven success in managing over $50M in revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related.
  • Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM tools and other company and discipline specific software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
