We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager located in Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Profound in navigating complex competitive environments while driving and managing the sales and business development.
- Discovering new sales prospects via networking and transforming them into long-term profitable partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Design, share, and execute a sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas.
- Market observation and analysis, taking necessary measures and identify prospects for expanding our clientele.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfil their needs, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- 10-+ years of professional experience with pumps, with water and wastewater applications.
- Experience of leading teams of 5 or more.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related.
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM tools and other company and discipline specific software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
