Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading pump company. The company serves several markets across Industrial, Water, Wastewater.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager located in Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Profound in navigating complex competitive environments while driving and managing the sales and business development.
  • Discovering new sales prospects via networking and transforming them into long-term profitable partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Design, share, and execute a sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas.
  • Market observation and analysis, taking necessary measures and identify prospects for expanding our clientele.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfil their needs, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 10-+ years of professional experience with pumps, with water and wastewater applications.
  • Experience of leading teams of 5 or more.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related.
  • Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM tools and other company and discipline specific software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
